FAQs
There are two ways a customer receives a Clinical Accelerator:
1. You will receive a Clinical Accelerator of your choice included with the purchase any qualifying Dentsply Sirona Equipment.
OR
2. You can purchase a Clinical Accelerator individually for $7,500 from your Dentsply Sirona Representative.
The following products will qualify your customer for a Clinical Accelerator:

Orthophos S11i, Orthophos SL 3D-Ai, Orthophos SL DCS (Upgrade to Orthophos SL 3D-Ai), Orthophos SL DCS (Upgrade to Orthophos SL 3D-11); Primescan AC (CEREC and DI), Omnicam AC (CEREC and DI), CEREC Primemill, and CEREC MCX
Receives 2 clinical accelerators:
Full CAD/CAM System (Primescan, Primemill)
Customers have 24 months from the receipt of education voucher to redeem. Redemption of education vouchers must be done through CDOCS.com. You will also receive a 1-year 1-year Online Resident Membership to CDOCS which includes these clinical resources: Restorative, Orthodontic, Endodontic, Implant and CBCT curriculums.
All education will be provided at the CDOCS facility in Scottsdale, AZ or the Dentsply Sirona Academy in Charlotte, NC. All course offering, information, dates and times can be found at CDOCS.com.
Where the purchaser elects the Orthodontic practice area, the purchaser will receive vouchers for two (2) planning fee cases and two (2) complete aligner cases valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issuance. Prior to issuance of such vouchers, the purchaser must have registered for a SureSmile account and paid the corresponding registration fee (currently $1,995). If a purchaser has not established a SureSmile account or has not paid the corresponding registration fee at the time of receipt of the Clinical Accelerator – Advanced Training Kit, the purchaser must complete the account set up prior to the vouchers being issued. If the purchaser does not complete the account set up including payment of the registration fee within six (6) months of receipt of the Clinical Accelerator - the purchaser shall forfeit the SureSmile vouchers.
Once the new equipment purchase is validated, your product specialist will work with you to place your $2,500 consumables order. The order for $2,500 in consumables must by placed at the same time. This is a one-time order.
You will receive a box of pre-selected Single-Unit Crown Workflow Solutions, Class II Total Practice Solution, CEREC Essential Consumables and Midwest Consumables products - valued at up to $2,500 - upon the validation of qualifying equipment.
