One DS + Points

No, you will automatically be enrolled in One DS + Points. If you do not already have one you will need to create a Dentsply Sirona online account to complete your membership.

Customers that purchase multiple pieces of qualifying equipment throughout the year will move to a higher tier of the One DS + Points entry point tiers based on total net price spend. Customers cannot be in two tiers within  One DS + Points at the same time.

Because the rebate plans have different values, which depend on the eligible practice’s purchases of Dentsply Sirona capital equipment between January 1 and December 31, 2021 – Dentsply Sirona will review capital equipment purchases as of December 31, 2020 and determine the level of rebate plan for which the eligible practice qualifies. Such levels will be calculated based on the actual purchase price paid by the eligible practice, net of any discounts given including trade-ups.

1. On or about December 31 of each calendar year, Dentsply Sirona will calculate the total amount of qualifying consumables purchased by the eligible practice over the course of the entire calendar year.  Dentsply Sirona calculates consumables purchase using the actual price paid by the eligible practice to the distributor or to Dentsply Sirona directly.  This pricing is net of any discounts or credits that are reported to or offered by Dentsply Sirona.  Tax, freight, and other transaction-related expenses arising out of a purchase of consumable products shall not be included in the calculation of the required $20,000 in Consumable purchases during a calendar year.
2. For a purchase to qualify in a given calendar year, such product(s) must be ordered and shipped within the applicable calendar year.  Products which are purchased, but not shipped until the subsequent calendar year, shall count as a purchase in the year in which the product is received. By way of example, if product is ordered on December 15, 2021, but not shipped until January 5, 2022 – the order will count towards the 2021 purchase requirements.  Consumable purchases beyond the required level ($20,000 per calendar year) shall not roll over or count for the subsequent year’s purchase level requirements.   
   

Any eligible practice that does not meet the required consumables purchase level of $20,000, will remain in the rebate program and can continue to earn towards their consumables threshold for the next consecutive calendar year.

Rebates that have been earned pursuant to the rebate program will be automatically issued to the eligible practice within 90 days following the end of the calendar year.  Where a qualifying Treatment Center order was not invoiced until up to 120 days after the order was submitted, Dentsply Sirona will process any Rebate payments within 60 days after invoice.  Checks will be made out to the eligible practice name and address on file with Dentsply Sirona.

We will allow stacking, but not double-dipping in One DS Rewards Programs. Any One DS 1.9 customer who wants to enroll in One DS + Points and “stack” programs can do so by purchasing qualifying equipment in 2021. The customer will then need to spend $40k to receive both rebates. If this customer does not reach the full threshold for both programs ($40,000) but does meet the threshold for one program ($20,000) they will receive the highest rebate paid out first.
