Lucitone Digital Print 3D Dentures delivers the expected advantages of a 3D system without demanding significant specialized training or processing time. The system incorporates five core products that center around the revolutionary Lucitone Digital Print 3D Denture Resin and innovative IPN 3D Digital Denture Teeth. The leading-edge technology allows labs to print up to eight denture arches in approximately two hours.

Lucitone Digital Print 3D Denture Resin

The high-impact resin exceeds ISO standards for impact resistance, delivering outstanding durability and strength. Featuring a smart polymer technology, the body-activated material (BAM!) nearly doubles its ability to resist breakage when worn. Available in five Lucitone shades, the True Color Technology delivers consistent results. This dynamic acrylic requires no measuring or mixing, just pour and print.

IPN 3D Digital Denture Teeth

IPN 3D Digital Denture Teeth provide a compelling combination of esthetics, function, and performance. The Interpenetrating Polymer Network (IPN) offers excellent abrasion resistance, color stability, and bond strength. The high-quality, long-lasting denture teeth are free of inorganic fillers.

Designed for precision mounting, the unique position locator system enables plug-n-play assembly. Pre-configured and pre-occluded libraries offer quick design solutions for an efficient and reliable process. Packaged in time-saving “wax-free” cards, new and experienced technicians can set up with accuracy.

Lucitone Digital Try-In 3D Trial Placement Resin

The trial placement of a resin prototype is an integral part of determining the esthetics, verifying records, and functional occlusion. The patient can test the fit during speaking and eating for a true assessment of accuracy. This monolithic material provides an important workflow step to verify design and function of dentures. Lucitone Digital Try-in 3D Placement Resin comes in six shades.

Lucitone Digital Fuse 3D Denture Bonding System

Easy-to-follow 3-step system to fuse IPN 3D Digital Denture Teeth to a Lucitone Digital Print 3D Denture base. The system allows technicians of varying abilities and experience to set and fuse up to 14 denture teeth in less than 12 minutes.

inLab Speedcure Processing Unit

120V light-curing machine used to polymerize Lucitone Digital Print Dentures and Try-Ins. Cures two arches in 26 minutes.
